Is it December Yet?

We are back home in Indiana after a wonderful week with family and friends in North Carolina. Did everyone have a wonderful Thanksgiving?
It seems that Christmas decorating has already taken blogland by storm and I am tad bit behind, given the pumpkins and gourds still decorating my foyer. I am a bit of a traditionalist and tend to not start decorating for Christmas until the first weekend in December. That said, I promise to get my HoHoHo on pronto and share some great budget-friendly Christmas decorating ideas soon.

Stay tuned . . .

Be blessed,

  1. Can’t wait! I haven’t put up anything yet, but the rotting hubbard squashes decorating my dining room table are telling me it’s time!

  2. Is that your advent calendar? Either way, it’s cute! We put our tree up the day a fter Thanksgiving- anytime after the big meal is fair game in my book. πŸ˜‰ I did set my posts about decorating, Christmas , etc. not to publish until tomorrow and after though. πŸ™‚

  4. Looking forward to see what budget Christmas decorating ideas you will share! I’m also behind, just working on the decorations.

  5. Dec 1st is usually my goal for decorating and with all this going on around blog world, I was feeling a tad behind. I am thankful for your pumpkins and gourds as you are making me feel much better!
