And I have a birthday coming up in a few days! As an early Birthday present, I won this gorgeous glass cake stand from one of my favorite blog friends, Seleta.
I splurged and bought the sparkler candles too! I assumed that turning 29 this year makes for the last year I will want to announce my age in flaming bright sparkles. But who knows, I’m all for aging gracefully.
I needed to find a fantastic cake to do this cake stand justice, and over the New Year holiday I discovered this yummy little number by Martha Stewart. I promise to attempt this tricky devil and post back as to my success (or failure?), with flaming numbers and all.
