I just love the look of painted kitchen cabinets. I am slowly branching out beyond basic white and finding myself able to appreciate cabinets in colors like the robin’s egg blue the mint green pictured above. We are still cottage shopping. Nothing has been decided yet (we are close), but I think that whatever cottage we end up buying, there will be some fun color in the kitchen. In the meantime, I have been helping my mom plan her kitchen redesign and her cabinets are going to be this wonderful soft buttery yellow. Mmmm, good enough to eat.

ha ha it only seems cool. 🙂 I was actually lookeing at glazed cabinets. Kraft Maid had a blue glaze that was really pretty…it was called Wedgwood-go figure!
