My dear friend Lori threw me the most beautiful baby shower last weekend.
It was positively lovely-right down to the little details like Pelligrino with orange slices in champagne flutes. 🙂 As the hostess, my friend took the majority of the photos, which I haven’t seen yet, but, here a few pictures I was able to take with my own camera before all the guests arrived.
How adorable was this cake? LOVED IT! Ate a ton of it!!!

And here I am, 8 months and counting, with my sweet friend Mandy. I am so excited and READY to meet this little boy!

Firstly, YOU look gorgeous Erin-so radiant! 🙂 And I love that cake too and the little nest of eggs, what a fun idea. The pellagrino in champagne glasses is thoughtful too. It sounds like you had a wonderful shower and I can’t wait to see the rest of your photos!
Also: Note to hosts of bridal/baby showers-the cake is important! 😉 I had a wonderful chocolate chai cake at my bridal shower that had decadent cream cheese icing with little pink flowers. While I have many memories of that day, (I got to take home the extra cake and my now hubby and I ate it some afterwards), we still talk about that delicious cake! lol
