I took this picture last Friday while on vacation with Mr. Marvelous in Charleston, South Carolina. I have lots of good pictures and stories to share from our trip, so stayed tuned, but in the meantime I wanted to share another picture that made me think of the beautiful renewing energy of spring. Erin, Charleston is a gorgeous city, isn't it? My son and daughter-in-law lived there for several years while stationed at Charleston Air Force Base. I miss visiting, always wanted to stay at one of those bed and breakfasts. We splurged once and stayed at Mills House Hotel. That's one beautiful hotel.
Terri-that is where we stayed!! Small world! :) And yes, it was just beautiful. We got a great package deal, it was actually really reasonable. I'll share pictures as soon as I have time to post them! :)

Thanks Darlene! My camera is just a basic point and shoot-it's a Canon Powershot (elph). I have dreams of a fancier camera someday . . .
